Bhoramdeo Jungle Retreat boasts a total of three well-planned double bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with basic amenities like western-style bathrooms and H/C water facilities. Known for its simplicity, the Jungle Retreat offers a chance to experience the traditional culture and hospitality of the region. Local cooks provide a high standard of country food and menus can be adapted to individual tastes. Lunch is often be a picnic in the forest or shared in a tribal village. Beverages and cocktail drinks are also served to guests.
The friendly owner of the Retreat arranges exciting excursions to the Gond and Baiga tribal villages and markets. You can also enjoy trekking and nature walks into the lush green Maikal Hills. Bird watching and sightseeing of the famous 11th century Bhoramdeo Temple can be fascinating experience for you. Saroda Reservoir (30 km -1/2 hr) is another charming tourists attraction near Bhoramdeo where you can enjoy swimming, fishing from small boats and spectacular Sunsets viewing. For a wildlife enthusiast, a visit to the Kanha National Park (100 km- 2 hrs) promises to be an unforgettable experience. Note: Bhoramdeo Jungle Retreat is normally closed in May-June because of unbearably hot and harsh weather in the region.
